How can I order?

You can look online and come in to purchase. 

What payment methods can I use?
You can use all the major credit/debit cards and cash.

Absolutely No tap to pay/ Apple Pay etc. and we can't type in card numbers!

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. 
 

How can I change delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

What are the delivery charges?
 Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example dry ice) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 days to pack/ship orders. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at Motionkicks.atl@gmail.com

Can I cancel my order?
No cancelations/refunds/Exchanges on all orders.
